Please contact Hebrew Shelter Home at (216) 401-9925 when there is a Jewish individual or family at risk or in need of emergency shelter, or contact one of our referral agencies and state the need for emergency housing and services.
We need your help to refer and support members of the Jewish community back home.

Together we can support the most vulnerable and needy within our community.
- $36 provides a vulnerable person with one night of shelter and meals
- $100 contributes to the client emergency needs fund or transportation vouchers
- $180 covers art supplies and after school activities for a child
- $500 “home in a box” basic kitchen, bedroom and bathroom supplies necessary for establishing client transitions back to independent living
- $1,000 funds security system needs for a year, ensuring safety of the domestic violence clients
- $1,800 sponsoring Shabbat meals for a year for the women and children’s shelter
- $3,600 for computer and phone centers for clients to support resources for employment, housing and services
- $5,000 for re-furbishing a shelter client room
- $10,000 necessary re-furbishing 60 year-old bathrooms
